Shipping Practices
Due to increased demand, our shipping practices have changed to the following:
Our fulfillment days are now Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That means:
- Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
- Orders placed on Wednesday or Thursday will ship on Friday.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday
If you upgraded to PRIORITY shipping at checkout, your order will ship within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Our customer packages are typically picked up around 6pm PST. Orders placed after last pickup will ship the following business day.
We ship out of Oakland, California.
Secondhand Mods uses USPS Ground Advantage mail as our default shipping method. This allows us to provide tracking on all our packages while keeping customer costs to a minimum.
USPS Ground Advantage mail can take anywhere between 2 and 7 days within the CONUS to arrive depending on a variety of factors (location, weather, holidays, etc.). If you feel your order is lost or late, please do not contact us until your package is outside of this delivery window
We do offer faster, alternative shipping methods for our customers overseas or for those in need of their parts more quickly than our standard shipping option provides.
If you’re ordering from outside the United States, packages using USPS can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the factors mentioned above and your local customs authorities. We strongly recommend using our DHL, UPS, or FedEx shipping options for international orders.
