About Secondhand Mods

Secondhand Mods is an online watch part supply store specializing in OEM and aftermarket Seiko watch parts. As our name suggests, our parts are primarily sourced from individual modders like yourself. We also sell a small line of new parts under our own brand, called the Permanent Collection. We operate out of Montclair Village in Oakland

Job Type: Part-time, ~25 hours a week.

Requirements

• You must be 18 or older and based in the Bay Area. 
• Available 3 days a week to work in office (no remote working at this time).

What we’re looking for:

A driven individual who’s interested in helping an early-stage business grow and has a passion for watches and watch modding. We’re looking for part-time help to: 

• Help manage the day-to-day requirements of the office space
• Supply restocking
• Order fulfillment
• Inventory management
  • Catelogging
  • Photography (no prior experience needed)
• Social media management
  • Daily posts
  • Sales campaigns/promotions

What You’ll Bring

• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with watches and watch parts
• Eye for organization and detail

Compensation: 

• $22.50/hour
