Although, as the name suggest these are "secondhand" parts, we never expect any part to arrive damaged but we know accidents can happen. We advise you to inspect all your parts thoroughly upon delivery. If any damage is found and reported to us within 48 hours after delivery, we will honor a refund or exchange. Damage found after the 48 hour period, refunds will not be honored.
We define "damage" as any defect that was not already identified in the part's sales post or if a mechanical part arrives in a non or incorrectly functioning state. Damage that can only be seen under extreme magnification will not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be given out on a case-by-case basis.
Items for return should be packaged securely with your name, order details, and return confirmation. We recommend returns are sent by a tracked mail service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items once the items are received by us, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 14 days. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
If you were sent an incorrect order, please contact us immediately and we will issue you a return shipping label. A full refund will be applied upon return of the incorrect part.

If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept returns within 48 hours of receiving your part. Parts must be unused. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. You are responsible for all return mailing costs.
Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded the cost of the part. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
